Following are steps that we undertake for carrying out any project.
Milestone-1
We provide brief process description before contract signing, detailed process is after the contract coming into effect.
We provide Basic Primary Norms before contract signing to decide OPEX & CAPEX involved. The final version which Included Effluent quality parameter detailing and Utiility norms Details will be provided only after the contract signed and the contract came in effect.
We provide block flow diagram before contract signing, detailed PFD is included in the Complete Process Package.
We provide primary equipment list before contract signing, final version of Equipment list will be included in the complete process package. The final version will be inclusive of the detailed diagram of equipment's and material specification.
Milestone-2 (After Signing the Contract)
We provide primary specifications before contract signing, final version which included the detailed BEP is included in the Complete process package.
MOA is included in the Complete Process Package.
Effluent is included in the complete process package. Cost effective effluent treatment/recycle scheme will be provided.
We can provide the list of effluent pre-treatment equipment inside the battery limit. The pretreated effluent which meet the effluent standard is discharged to a large integrated effluent treatment plant. Large integrated effluent treatment plants are designed and constructed to receive effluent from multiple plants or factories. The ETP here should refer to the effluent pretreatment plant inside the battery limit, not the large integrated effluent treatment plant.
Heats of reactions can be obtained through the calculation of material energy balance and the test data. If necessary, a professional third party company can be hired to measure the reaction heat to judge the safety.
DSC is included in the complete process package
If some projects involve powder, a professional third party company can be hired to provide test data and judge its safety.
